3unsafe at any speed...outdoors.  Jul 23, 2010
Hey...I'm 45 and used to be a skate rat back in the 70s & 80's. I currently decided to get one of these boards to help move furniture and stuff around my shop. It seemed ok til I rode it. Comparing the cost of this board to the dental work, or insurance deductible, i would need to fix my noggin. I shelved it after riding it. It has very hard plastic/PVC wheels that seem to be common in this day, and provide a jolting ride for my 180 pound frame. the board seems fit for a kid and the trucks are decent as well. Im replacing the wheels and bearings with larger softer wheels which make my purchase over $75. But if you want to let your kid ride this thing make sure he/she has all their PPE(personal protection equipment) on and let them go for it in the school cafeteria/gymnasium...cause one pebble..outdoors/anywhere will make a difference in your medical bills.

1PLZ READ REVEIW!  Jul 16, 2010
First thing is first, this is a typical walmart board. so all u long time skaters know that walmart boards generally SUCK! I think the reason so many people liked this board is because they've never ridden a professional board. The things you need to know before buying this board is: the wheels are very hard plastic, which makes it really bumpy on the road. 2nd the bearings are ABEC 1s which are the 2nd worst bearings(the worst are the stupid plastic ones)you can get. 3rd the trucks bend! Yeah, when i first started skating(this was my first board)i only rode around and did flatground ollies, and eventually the trucks began to bend. 4th the griptape is terrible! When I got this board i only used it max 1hr a day, and after a few months the 1/4 the griptape was off. 5th its been proved that more ppl get hurt on walmart like boards and other stores that sell cheap skateboards like Kmart and Target. So I advise if your going to get your first skateboard research online for good $60-$80 board. Trust me you won't regret it!

5Good beginner board  Oct 15, 2009
After begging forever for a skate board, we got this one for my 11 year old son. He loved the picture on the bottom and used it like crazy for a couple weeks. Then his interest wained and it was put to the side. I am glad that I didn't put the big bucks out for a board that now spends most of its time in the closet. At the same time, this one was of high enough quality that I am not left wondering if the only reason it is in the closet is because it is falling apart. This board seemed to handle the daily use just fine and still has lots of use in it--if it ever sees the light of day again.

4good board cheap bearings  Sep 26, 2009
I give 4 stars for price, bought it for my stepson and bearings locked up in two days ordered him some bones red seem to be fine now. Good job on service from amazon.
