Make sure u know what you are getting with these. Mar 08, 2010 I must say going into it, I had expected more coming from this pair of Under Armour gloves because its listed as Cold Gear. The gloves are thin, fits great on my hands, and looks damn good. But, this pair of gloves is pretty bad at keeping my hands warm even if its cold gear and it's not waterproof.
The shiny plastic pieces on the palm side of the glove also dull really quick after use so the quality is cheap and unless you are only going to use it for walk/runs on a brisk day, this is not going to be a solid buy. But 3 stars for looking damn good in them.
good gloves Jan 30, 2010 nice gloves, they keep my hands warm when i go for a walk outside at night, although i dont like the grip pattern they chose, its ugly and i dont know how long they will last...they look like they could scrape off fairly easy. i havent had them for very long, but i have no other complaints so far. they work well.
Good Liner Gloves with Exceptions Jan 07, 2010 These are Good Liner Gloves!
But please take note:
They were meant to be used for Lining the Inside of Durable Outer Wear Gloves or Shells
To "trap" body warmth.
These liners by themselves, are NOT Waterproof, nor Windproof, nor Grippers nor for Rugged use.
Layers of Poly, Fleece and the like, help to keep in warmth--keep out the cold and wind.
Of course these kinds of "Liners" can be worn for less frigid seasonal weathers
While Running, Hiking, Biking, Walking the dog around the lakes.
Very Nice Dec 22, 2009 This is a good pair of gloves even for snow use. It keeps my hands warm and fairly dry. However, I can't seem to locate the velcro pocket I'm reading about in the other reviews. Help?
